This page explains the limited data we receive when you use the website and contact form, and how we handle it.

If you upload images or documents, we store the files, names and sizes with your message in private storage. Only authorized staff can download them to respond to your request. They are not published on the website or in the public image library and follow the same retention period as messages. Please do not send passwords or sensitive data.
Your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, area of interest, and message. We also use limited technical data to prevent spam and protect the form.
We use this information to answer your inquiry, understand your needs, and follow up on requests related to TL Mozan services. We do not sell contact data or use it for advertising.
Messages are retained as needed for follow-up and operational records. They may be deleted when no longer needed or when requested, unless a legal obligation requires retention.
Messages are stored in the cloud infrastructure that runs this website, and an alert may be sent to TL Mozan’s administrative email. Appropriate access and security controls are applied.
We record the page, date, country-level location, and device type for operational reports in the admin console. We do not store the raw IP address; a one-way daily fingerprint prevents duplicate visits.
