Introduction

Original Software – TL Mozan for Information Technology LTD is seeking an IT Sales Specialist to join their team. Candidates should have a strong background in computing and information technology, along with sales and customer communication skills, and the ability to manage the company's digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers and inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Present and demonstrate the company's products and services clearly and professionally.

• Follow up with current customers and build long-term relationships with them.

• Manage and monitor the company's social media pages and respond to messages and comments.

• Monitor the company's website and update products, information, and content as needed.

• Prepare proposals and pricing and coordinate with the team regarding customer requests.

• Stay updated on the latest products and solutions in the software and information technology field.

• Contribute to sales development and reach new customers.

Requirements

• Graduated or advanced student in computer science,

information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of computers, software, and modern technologies.

• Previous experience or knowledge in sales, especially IT sales, is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer interaction skills.

• Ability to use social media and manage content.

• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs and various electronic tools.

• Good level in English, especially reading and writing.

• Ability to independently learn and research technological products and solutions.

• Commitment, quick follow-up, and work organization.

Work Nature and Details

The work is primarily online/remote, with the possibility of visiting the office or working on-site at times when needed. The location is Iraq - Dohuk.
